Conscious connected breathing

is more than just a technique—it's a profound pathway that allows you to release stored emotions, trauma and tension. By breathing in a continuous flow—without pauses between the inhale and exhale—you are able to connect beyond thought and tap into your body’s innate wisdom.

Though you may often hear about ‘breathwork,’ it’s not about effort or ‘fixing’ your breath. Viewing breath as something to work on limits its nature and potential. Instead, it’s about cultivating a loving relationship. You breathe effortlessly, and by reconnecting with your breath, you become more present and expand your consciousness. While the term 'breathwork' is commonly used, and I use it as well, it's not about doing or achieving—it's about returning to your natural, effortless way of being.

Conscious connected breathing creates space for emotional release, healing, and profound shifts in your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Your breath becomes your guide to stay present, aligning you with a deeper sense of clarity and inner peace.

As a breath therapist and coach, I create a safe and nurturing space for you to explore the healing potential of your breath. Whether it’s your first time or you have experienced conscious connected breathing before, I’m here to guide you through a personalized process that suits your unique needs. My approach is grounded in compassion, intuition and deep listening, supporting you in what is actual in your life.

I studied at the Breath and Consciousness Academy, the only institute in the Netherlands fully accredited by the GPBA (Global Professional Breathwork Alliance) and in alignment with the guidelines of the IBF (International Breathwork Foundation).

In the serene setting of my ‘Ademhaven’ near Amsterdam’s Vondelpark, we’ll embark on a tailored approach just for you. Together, we’ll explore your unique breathing pattern, uncovering how your breath can guide you toward greater alignment and ease in your everyday life. 

I offer sessions in both English and Dutch.

The way of breath

  • The way of breath 5 sessions

    5 sessions

    We begin with an intake and breathing session lasting around 2 hours, laying the foundation for your sessions.

    During this initial meeting, we’ll explore your intentions, assess your current breathing patterns and guide you through a breathing experience attuned to your needs.

    The subsequent four sessions of each ±1.5 hours will build on the insights from your first session, supporting you in integrating meaningful, lasting changes in both your breath and your life.

    €325 for 5 sessions, including an in-depth intake, and an attuned, personalized approach.

  • The way of breath 3 sessions

    3 sessions

    In the first session we have a dedicated 2-hour intake and breathing session, where we lay the groundwork for your path ahead.

    Following your initial session, we’ll move into 2 additional sessions of ±1.5 hours each. These will deepen our work together, allowing you to integrate new insights and bring awareness to your breath in every aspect of your life.

    €200 covers three sessions, including an in-depth intake, and a fully personalized approach.

    1 session

    You are also welcome to book single breathing sessions.

    The first session is approximately 2 hours, including an in-depth intake. Each follow-up is around 1.5 hours. We’ll attune to what is currently present in your life, and the session will be tailored to support you.

    Individual breathing sessions are €75.
